I live in an old farmhouse and I purposely do not have upper cabinets because I want shelves. Well, I bought some cool stainless ones from IKEA, which look nice, but I would really love to put more shelves on the wall in one corner of the kitchen.
I would love it if you would put "Corner Shelves" on your list of plans. I'm sure they're probably pretty easy to construct but I just can't "see" how to do it. I'm getting stuck with how you bring the two pieces of wood together in the corner. I'm going to be using 2 x 10's probably because I love a big, hunky shelf. I've been collecting old wood and think I may have to perfect board to use. Now I just need a plan. I'm also thinking of using come crazy industrial brackets to support them, not because I'm going to put heavy stuff on them but because I just love the idea of those brackets. Go figure................ :)
