I am in the middle of building this unit. The problem I see is that the opening of the drawer for the base units are 11.75" tall, but the drawer face is 1x12 (11.25" tall). That leaves 1/4" gap on top and bottom of the drawer. I thought 1/8" is ideal. Is the face of drawer suppose to be 11.50" ?
