Corner Hutch Cabinet

Submitted by mamma_joy on Wed, 10/27/2010 - 18:25

I'm hoping to make a cabinet to go in the corner in my kitchen to hold the TV (no flat screen here :/) and microwave.  I'm having a hard time figuring out how to make it without needing to miter the edges to fit together and finish it.  (Most of the ones I've seen are squared on the edges so several long--table saw--miter cuts).  Shelves and door options would be great to see, too!

Anyone else have a corner space to put to good use?

Yes please, this is lovely. I have just the corner for this.

Is there any way something like this could be done without a kreg jig?

Thanks so much for suggesting.  I love this, just drew up the plan, can't wait to post.  Ana

Just reread your post and I agree, but I think I found the solution to not having to cut the edges at a bevel.  The shelves will have to be fixed though.
