A couple of good videos about sawing

Bob Rozaieski has a great series of videos about woodworking, aimed at people like me who don't know much, but would like to change that.  This one about using hand saws really helped me a lot.

Christopher Schwarz and Roy Underhill, two experts in hand-tools, have a pretty funny lesson in some sawing basics:

Don't let their antics fool you.  Both of these guys are experts on the subject, and I learn a lot from reading their articles and books, and watching their videos. Their writing showed me how to save a lot of money, time and noise by using hand tools.

If you want to dive deeper into building things, all of these authors are big proponents of building and modifying your own tools to get what you need without breaking the bank. I've even seen articles from them on making your own saws (which is a valuable topic, since new hand saws can be really expensive).
