The arc tool will let you draw circular arcs and radii. The Arc Tool is next to the Circle tool. The freehand tool will let you draw irregular shapes and curving lines. To find it, and a bunch more tools go to View- Toolbars- Large tool set. It looks like a scribble. Draw a curve, then go to Edit- Curve- Explode Curve, and then you can tweak the segments to get the look you are after.
