When I saw these plans I knew I had to make it! I have 2 little girls (3yrs & 18months). I modified mine because I knew they wouldnt be able to hang their dresses back up on the hangers. And I wanted just a little extra storage for other things.
I loved the original dress-up cart, but decided not to build because my 3 year old daughter wouldn't be able to hang her dresses back on the hangers, either. I LOVE your hook idea! Now she just might get this cart! Thanks!
love the hook idea too! and the accessory hooks on the end too!
thats what we are doing too, our 5 and 3 year old share the room right now but their younger sister will join them next year. We're doing to match the loft bed hubby will build with a castle front to it for a play house.
Loft bed with castle front sounds awesome! My girls would love that!
Do you have the plans for your modification? I'd love for my husband to build this for our twin 4 year olds!
Great idea, love the hooks! Thanks for sharing!!
I am a newbie to this site and would love to make the white dress up cart with HOOK version. But how do I find the plans for it?
Confused but love all the wonderful ideas on here!
I just modified her original plans. I dont hv the cart any longer otherwise i wld give you the measurements. I cant find the original plans but here is a link to a book cart that cld be modified into a cart dort of like the one i made. http://ana-white.com/2010/12/library-book-cart.html
Thank you so much! I appreciate it. I love the dress up closet look but since I have a 2 year old grandaughter Im thinking hangers are not the best option!!!! .
