Microwave Cart???

I would like to make a microwave cart with shelves underneath it. Ideally, the cart would end up around counter height so my microwave would be at a comfortable level for use. I'm would love something simple, inexpensive and finished to go with my primitive theme! Anyone with ideas and plans???
