I would LOVE to be able to build this: http://freshome.com/2011/08/05/fun-and-modern-rocky-modular-cradle-by-ja... It looks pretty simple, but I'm not good with angles or height. Is that 5 degrees? Would the seat be 18 inches off the ground, and another 18 inches for the back? I know that crib bars shouldn't be spaced any wider than 2 3/8 inches, so that would be the measurement for the cut-outs. Crib mattresses are 28"x52", so would the bed support be 28.5 x 52.5? I've never written up a plan before!
