At one time there was a feature that let registered users flag stuff as spam. I'd love to have that back, because the comments are being flooded by spammers right now. Since the DNR won't issue me a hunting license for them, the ability to flag spam would be the next best thing.

Spam problem

The spam problem definitely hasn't gone away. If flagging as spam isn't something being considered for the regular run of registered users, could a small group of trusted users at least be deputized as spam hunters?
