Hey everyone, I just wanted to post and give a shout out to a company with INCREDIBLE customer service. In trying to finish up a bed, I've been ordering and reordering a set of pulls/knobs. They're pricey, so I've shopped around considderably. Two different companies screwed me over, not matching shipping costs as agreed upon or being out of stock and not mentioning it for a while, plus overall poor customer service.
I found and ordered from a company today http://www.kitchen-cabinet-hardware.com/ that provided GREAT customer service and even matched a SUPER low competitor's price.
I'll definitly be using them in the future and just wanted to share.

Less Expensive Rustic hardware source
I was looking for iron strap hinges (like the ones on Patrick's Jelly Cupboard), and they were holy-moly-expensive (like $30 EACH). I just stumbled on this (haven't tried them yet, myself); they have rustic strap/gate hinges, handles, corner braces (for the Rustic X series), etc.:

Another Great Hardware Store
Check out Kennedy Hardware also. I use them for special items and the price is reasonable and service is quick. You do need to order enough to justify the shipping which begins at about $8. Here is a link:http://www.kennedyhardware.com/about-us.html

Bed hardware
Yay! They have the exact icebox hinges I was looking for, AND they have headboard and footboard mounting hardware for $20 for the set! Excellent tip, thank you!
