So I did consider today's Feature Friday being about projects MOM might want for Mother's Day ... but most of the Mom's I know don't want things made for them.
They want tools to make things for you!!!
So instead, I wanted to dedicated today's Feature Friday to some of the talented ladies I met and was inspired by at SNAP!. Take the word some literally ... there were hundreds of super talented women at SNAP, and I am sad I cannot feature every single one today.
But I think you will love these projects!
PS - Have you seen this month's Country Living Magazine?

DIY rocks.
Have a great weekend!
You probably already know Stacy from Not Just a Housewife. I do, but she's so kind and humble, she introduced herself and said, "you probably have never heard of my blog .... " So modest for how talented she is!
I loved how she made floating shelves from reclaimed wood and used them as drawers! You must check out how she did this. It's awesome! Stacy also has lots more projects.
I met Destiny from A Place for Us for the first time at SNAP! and really wished I had a chance to get to know her better. So of course I surfed over to her blog in between flights to check out her amazing blog. I especially loved this tutorial for creating a mantle and fireplace - even if your home doesn't have one! It's so simple and could really ground your room. BONUS - hang your flat panel above the mantle and hide the cords inside the faux mantle!
How talented are you ladies!!! Hubbies, kids, homes to run and yet you still manage to produce such sensational creations. I wish I knew how you fit it all in to 24 hours.
Love the table... but even more I love that rack in the background! Must have one of my own!

I love all the projects that I find on this site. I just made my great niece a farmhouse doll bed with matching doll closet. Cant wait to try the farmhouse table. I love your site Ana, Cant wait to try some of the above projects. Working with the wood and tools makes me relax after a long day working in a busy office. I am greatful that so many talented people are willing to share their ideas. I am hoping to get a lowes card for mothers day.
Thanks,
Emily Frazier
