HELP! I cannot log in a normal way!

Hello All, I Need Help! I signed up for this site some time ago and have never been able to log in (I never received the welcome email). Now, I try and reset the password and get the email with the links for one-time log in. However, this link takes me to the "Create a new account" page, not the "change password" page. I've tried this many times with different browsers, so it's not a browser problem. I cannot create a new account because my userid is "in use". I've tried pasting in the "password edit" link after the one-time log-in link, but that fails too. I've tried contacting admins, even the email address listed in the "whois" database for the web site without any resolution. It seems like this site has an active community, so how come I can't find any help with my problem. I really want to join and contribute, but I'm starting to lose patience. Thanks to anyone who can help me.

Hi there. Can someone please assist. I too am having problems with the "reset password" link sending me an email and then the link in the email takes me to the "create a new account" page. Please help. I really want to be able to add things to my "to do" list and access what is already there. Thanks!

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I have an account, but I don't remember the password and the password reset does not work. Any suggestions??

I had the same issue... I used to use the one time login EVERY time I logged in but recently even that stopped working so I signed up again with a new email & new user name. Problem solved... I now own my password. (But I still can't submit brag posts!)

After I complete the information for the brag post, I cannot click on the SAVE or PREVIEW button for the brag post. I click on SAVE DRAFT but nothing happens and I can't find where it was saved. Please help!

I am having the same problem. I forgot my password so I put in my email to reset my password. It sends me an email with a link and when I click on it, it takes me to a page that explains it is a one time log it and will expire the next day, so I hit the button but instead of directing me to a page to allow me to edit my password it directs me back to the original create an account/log in/reset password page. Frustrating! Ana White, please fix this, I have a brag post I'd love to post but can't.

I'm having the exact same password! It's an infinite loop trying to reset my password. It's very frustrating as I have two brag posts I'd love to share :(

Having the same problems as everyone else. When I created an account, I was never asked to come up with a password so I can't log in. I tried the reset password by email too, and just takes me back to the create account page. We've built some nice furniture off of this site!! Thank you for the awesome plans!!

everyone has the problem but no solution is being listed does that mean no one has ever been able to long in again?

I am having all kinds of trouble. I simply wanted to update my email address to a new address, and the site can't seem to do that. I even tried to update it through my account on here, but I can't even sign in now with the old account or the new. If I try the reset password link it sends me an email with a link and dumps me on the login page? I have sent in multiple emails, both here and on the Facebook page, with no response. (On here I used the media contact form as I didn't see any other way to email in.) Can I please get a response from someone?! P.s. - I tried to message admin_jc but I see no place to do that, probably because I am not logged in. P.s. - Now I have tried to post this and I keep getting a message that my post has triggered the spam filter and it will not be posted? This is really getting ridiculous, this site needs a way for it's users to contact site admins!

Same password problems as above........ Can't login, can't reset password.

This site is very fickle so when you get your problem solved never ever change anything. The administrator makes it difficult to contact anyone to solve problems. Ana may wish to consider hiring a new site operator/administer. The site can also be very slow. All that aside Ana has done all of us a great service and we should bear with this temporary glitch and support her whenever and wherever we can.
