I am known in my family for being a photo junky, I love taking pics of everything my kids do, I live for building memories with my kids, I had a good camera, but it got broken while at Camp with my Cub Scouts last year, I always let them take the camera to take their own photos, so I could see camp through their eyes, those were always the best photos!, I totally could use this!

Wow, you made me tired just
Wow, you made me tired just reading all you did yesterday! Then I got to the last part with tears in my eyes. It was not that long ago that I put my boys, 5years for my oldest, 3 years ago for my youngest, on the bus. Every step they take towards independance, feels like one more step away from us. But I'm still their mommy, I still have to tuck them in and do our "routine" before bed: a kiss, an eskimo kiss then a hug. And they still rely on me for a lot of things.
I would absolutely love to win the cameras! I love Canons! I would give the extra one to my mom, who loves to capture moments with the grandchildren, her camera is broken right now!

I remember that. My oldest son started kindergarten last year. Im not a very emotional person so i didnt cry like my wife but i have to say the only other time i felt that proud was after the birth of him then again his brothers. The house gets so quite that i actually missed him saying daddy, daddy 1000 times in one hour.

Fulltime Grandma with live in Grandkids = Budding photographers
Lucky to have 4 of my grandkids living with me ( all boys aged 9 to 16 ), but they do get bored easily and I have discovered that letting them use my Iphone to take pictures and movies brings out their creativity, we have made Big Foot commercials and taken pictures of lots of fun stuff, but it would be alot more fun with a real digital camera, So here is hoping .
