I'm thinking of making this for a media console as well. How big is the TV in the photo? Did you change any of the dimensions?

That is an interesting project but I just have one question, since it is made of wood is it possible to keep it safe from termites? Although we love to have wood furniture in the house such problems make it difficult for us, it is best to get pest control done in your house frequently.
