Hi, just received my jig, and am making another 'simple stool' but this time with jig instead of but joints. As supports are at 5° angle jig doesn't sit straight on end, it seems that possibly due to the angle of drill I get a lot of unclean, splintered wood on one side of every hole.
Hope this makes sense, has anybody got and tips for avoiding or cleaning up untidy holes.
