Double Wall Oven Cabinet

Hi there!  This is my first time posting on the forum so hopefully I'm in the right spot.  I'm VERY new to wood working but have been learning lots of things as I do each project.  I have an overly ambitious idea to rebuild an existing double wall oven cabinet and wanted some input.  The kitchen originally had a 27" double wall oven unit and the previous owners upgraded to a 30" unit.  That was great and all BUT they did a terrible job retrofitting the unit into the existing cabinet.  They basically took off the face frame, tore out one side if the cabinet (our cabinets were built on-site in the late 80's and these cabinets don't have any backs...just attached to the wall, if that makes sense), added a new side to accommodate the wider width of the oven, and then pieced together the face frame...it's as awful as it all sounds.

Anyhow, I'm anxious to try my hand at building an all new cabinet.  I've sketched out the rough dimensions of what I need but here are my questions:

-Can I build this entire cabinet using glue and pocket hole screws to support the weight of the double wall oven?

-Can I use prefinished Pure Bond to accommodate the heat output?

And if there's anything I should know about building this cabinet, I'm all ears!
