A bit of help on a revolving bookcase

First off, I love your site and all the plans :) So much so my christmas list this year has only tools on it so I can get started on my new to-do list.

I was wondering if you could give me a bit of advice on something I saw earlier whilst browsing the web. I found this http://www.pbteen.com/products.....se/?pkey=x|4|1||6|bookcase||0&cm_src=SCH#BVRRWidgetID and the shelf it self doesn't look all that complicated, I know lowe's has pre-cut circle for table tops that could probably be cut down for the shelves. Anyway I'm wandering in the wrong direction, I wanted to know if you know how to make it revolve? What I should use to make it really sturdy and still able to turn, that's the only part I can't really wrap my head around.

Thanks for your time (and all the wonderful plans)

You need what is called "Lazy Susan hardware" or "turntable bearings". You screw half to the center of the base and half to the part that rotates. Then you attach the top structure with the shelves.

They are rated for weight: don't go over the limit or they jam.And pay attemtion to the size of platform they need.
