If you are in the market for a compressor/finish nailer set, Home Depot has got a really good online deal until January 5. You get a Porter Cable 150 psi 6 gallon compressor and 16 gauge finish nailer for $95.60. It ended up being $132.99 with tax and shipping (doesn't qualify for free shipping). It is on backorder right now, so I have no idea how long you might have to wait to actually get it. I hope not long--I ordered mine today

Never mind about this. I guess it's buyer beware with these online deals at Home Depot. I put in my order on the 26th, got a confirmation number, and it took them 2 DAYS to send my an email to let me know they are canceling my order. I lost 2 days of looking around for a different deal because of this. Apparently they can oversell on the website and I'll quote their response to me in my complaint letter:
While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, Home Depot
cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on
this Site. Home Depot reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any
product listed on this Site at any time without notice.
I can understand their stance if I tried to put in the order and was unable to do so because it had sold out, but it took my order and then sent me a confirmation number for my order in an email. I would think that their computers might know whether they could actually be able to fulfill the order before it sends out a confirmation email, but what do I know? Just putting out a warning if you order on their site when there is a good deal. You might want to put in a different order with another company on a similar product if they have a deal also, and cover your bases, if it is on a product that doesn't go on sale often. But then what do you do if they both go through? Uggghhh.
Sorry for the rant. Just very disappointed that I won't be getting this now. And I've lost a little faith in the convenience of the online ordering. They did offer my a $25 gift certificate for my trouble though. I guess that's something...
