Dynamic Raised Garden Bed Plans
I changed a few things and it's not 100% finished, but far enough along for some production to start. It takes a LOT of dirt to fill this and I only made it 400mm high.

My wife has been asking for new dressers for the boy's room for a while now but every time we go out shopping for them I am very disappointed in the quality of what is available. So I decided to make them myself. I have not made any furniture before and needed a few tools to help me out and thought what better way to get both the practice and the tools then build my own router table.
I searched the web for plans and found these great ones. I loved these plans but wanted to make a couple of changes anyway. I decide to build the table top as well as the cabinet and decided to make it a little taller to fit me better. Due to the changes and making the table top it took me 2 days to finish, 1 day for the cabinet and 1 for the top and to put it all together. (Not having used a router before it took me a while to get the template just right to cut in the insert.)
It works great and looks great in my shop. Now on to the dressers.

I need to build one of these!!
Yours looks very nice!
When I realized I was going to build the closet tower, i made sure there were plans for the drawers before beginning. Thankfully there were, so that made this a brainless build. Thanks, Ana! Read about the build, here.
I needed a table along side our hot tub, primarily for drinks or appetizers while using the hot tub. The farmhouse table plan worked out perfectly to its height and how it fit in well with the structure of the hot tub. It also does double duty with my grill directly across from it allowing me some storage shelves or grill items.

YES, love the multiple uses, gotta have a place to set your drink and relax! Thanks for sharing:)
Used pressure treated (copper) and will allow to fade to grey with sun and sea air. Built to enjoy PEI mussels, lobster and beer in the open air and not too worried about the finish or surface. The table took 3 hours, start to finish - benches x 2 took longer at about 7 hours. Am getting a little lateral movement with the benches so will replace the 1 x 3 spacer with 2 x 4 and may add a diagonal 2 x 2 support as well (to match the table). I don't have/didn't use a Kreg so that may be the issue...?
Plans on Ana White are fantastic - I made the see-saw this weekend too in about an hour....thanks!
I used the "how to build" from the Shepherd Kitchen Island plan to help me create my own dimensions for this bar... 60" long, 24" deep, 35" high. It has a space on the left for an under counter ice maker and the wine rack is built in inside the right hand cabinet.
The counter top is plywood covered with a sheet of zinc I bought from rotometals. Fairly easy to do after watching their videos on how to apply and how to patina.
Farmhouse dining room table built for my mom. Unstained.
Table top is 2" White Pine Boards, legs are cedar, and everything else is whitewood studs. Left the leg assemblies and stretcher board unattached for the two hour transport to Charlotte. Attached them with screws and some glue upon arrival. Loved the plan and finished in two days!
This is a guest bedroom. The closet had 6 panel, colonial bypass doors. The bypass doors leave the center unusable. To save room, I built a dresser in the center. The bypass doors are getting converted to swing doors. I used shelf help to design the project.

Love the built in dresser! Thank you for using Shelf Help, that looks amazing!
This took me longer to build than I expected -- maybe because I was working from scraps and had to figure out what would fit where along the way. Also, I initially cut all the side pieces with parallel cuts. Oops. So I had to re-do them all.
For more info, check out my blog post!
This project was really pretty easy. The hardest part was holding the pieces just right so they ended up where we wanted once the kreg jig hole screws went in. Also, we had to be sure not to overtighten the screws and cause splitting.
We did have to make two adjustments to the plans. I think the first was a typo...where it says 2 - 1x2 @ 15 3/4" (door sides) they should actually be 1x3 based on the images.
The second adjustment was the plywood for the back 17 3/4" x 21" ended up too wide for the end to fit on, so we made it 17 3/4" x 20"

This was my first wood working Project! I learned alot about what to do and not to do for future projects. We are excited about how it turned out!
I am starting to work on more and more projects and I'm limited with space. I needed a worktable that could double as a backyard dining table (should the occasion arise). We have been planning to build the farmhouse table for a while now, so this was a great opportunity to build a prototype. I did some repair work for a friends deck and she gave me the leftover decking material. This became my table top. I purchased 4 2x4's at our local Habitat for Humanity ReStore for 50 cents each (this was the only money spent on this project). While I was at the ReStore I also picked up 4 pallets (they are free). After cutting them apart, the 2x4s from the pallets became the table legs and the 1x4's & 1x5's from the pallets became the shelf underneath. The shelf has been great for holding extra tools while I'm working on projects. My daughter likes to stack her toys on it too! This was a super quick and easy build. My wife even suggested we just refinish it and bring this one inside!
As always, I have to give thanks to Ana for such great plans!
Work bench with casters came out great and already using it on my kitchen console.
This was a super easy and quick project. I actually lengthened it to 36 inches. I can't decide whether I need two ledges or not, but it won't take long if I need another one! My only suggestion- VERY straight boards are a must!
Built this for my daughter and my grandkids. Love your site. Have built many projects from your plans.

Your bed looks like I am imagining mine will, minus possibly distressing it. I do have a question for you ... how did you attach the side rail to the footboard? I have gone through every brag post and only one of the posts had a photo of the connection to the footboard (they used brackets).
I took Ana's amazing easy upholstered bench from modern to "magnifique," with a simple pleated skirt and silk upholstered seat cushion! Now our oddly shaped breakfast nook has a built-in that doesn't look so--well--built-in! Ana was right, it truly doesn't get EASIER than this :o)

What a great idea! My puppies like to hide under there, too :oP
These tables were easy to build. We ended up using paint and stain to give the tables a distressed look. They will make a great addition to our guest bedroom.
Using Ana White's Rustic Table plans, I recreated her design by modifying the measurements to fit my dining space. I did not use wood glue, as the plans call for, and simply left the wood screws visible which I felt added a rustic touch. The top is stained with Minwax Special Walnut #224, and the bottom is painted Simply White by Benjamin Moore. The table measures 72"x42" and is 30" high. It can comfortably seat six chairs.

I love your choice of colour! It's the perfect backdrop to a nice dinner full of colour! I'm getting inspired to try this now!
Built this from the plans and customized so it was a finer finish. No pocket holes, went with dowels and glue. Some screws in base for added strength.
I made this for my Mom as a birthday gift. I adjusted the dimensions a bit to accommodate the window, gave it a shabby chic look, and then added some decorative hardware. Very happy with the result!
