how do I contact site administrator?

Hello. I'm new here and have been trying to simply set up my profile. I go in and set my location, the time zone option is red like it's in error or something, though it's not. I'm in Seattle on the Pacific Time Zone. I have tried both Los Angeles and Vancouver and get an error each time.

Anyway, every time I try to make changes to my profile, add a photo to my avatar, it errors out saying I have made an illegal selection and to contact the site admin, which I can't figure out how to do.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
