HELP! I cannot log in a normal way!

I know that this is not the best place to ask this, but I have tried everything else.

In order to log in, I have to request a new password. Then when I get in, I cannot change my password. The website says that I preformed an illegal action. It appears at the top in pink. I am using Google Chrome.
Can anyone help me?
