My husband and i just bought our first house which was built in 1890. I plan to do several DIY projects (Just need to pick one and start!!). I have zero experience building anything besides furniture bought at target so I have no idea where to begin! The first project I am going to tackle is our entryway (1890 built = NO closets anywhere!) and I am hoping I am not tackling something out of my reach for a beginner project, but only time will tell!
