My husband is building the Simple Bed with Arch for our daughter for Christmas, but we ran into a problem!
We hand drew a template for the arch, traced it onto each board, then he cut them wtih a jigsaw, then hand sanded.
Problem is, the arches are very bumpy, uneven, & with lots of imperfections that are visible to the naked eye. HOW do we fix the arches so they are more of a fluid solid arch?
Any help ASAP would be DEFINITELY appreciated!!!!
Thx!

I'm going to guess sand, sand, and more sanding :( Probably not what you wanted to hear! if the bumps are big, he can carefully go over that part with the jigsaw again, I suppose, but otherwise I think sanding is what needs to happen.
