My "Heck- I'll give it a go" Altered Farmhouse Table

Submitted by snabowne on Thu, 07/28/2011 - 21:03

Our kitchen table buggered out so I decided to give making one a try. With seriously low funds available- I asked around to family for scrap lumber. Turns out the old lumber in the barn was black walnut!
I made the table one foot shorter and one foot wider. It seats 6 comfortably on the sides. Thank you so much for the plans!

Score for you, black walnut? That's great! Really beautiful job and love the price!

If you'd like the rest of that lumber cleared out of the barn, I can be there with a truck pretty quickly.
