Love love love your work and love love love plantation shutters - the concept seems simple enough but I wonder how difficult they would be to make?

Build Plantation Shutters
I highly suggest you do not attempt to build your own plantation shutters. It takes a very skilled craftsman to manufacture shutters to the correct tolerances.

Build plantation shutters
Rocklear sales shutter building materials and jigs, not sure if it would truly make economical sense going this route or not. But like the previous post this isnt a beginner project. Going with rocklear i would say more intermediate skills required they have all the louvres preshaped just need to be cut to size same with rest. But the special jigs seem to be almost be a must.
