I'm a young professional from England, who is setting up her first home with my very wonderful partner. Only fly in the ointment is the budget we have in comparison to my taste in furniture - i can pick and fall in love with the most expensive piece in the store at about 20 paces! Absolutely no experience with building, but very enthusiastic :)! All advice welcome. x
