Hi Anna I'm from Argentina, we use the metric system here, I was wondering if you could tell me how thick is a 3/4 MDF Board. Here we have 3, 5.5, 9, 12, 15 and 18 milimeter thick boards. Which one do you think is best for the projects? Thank you so much! I love your blog!

Hey Ana! You're amazing and so creative! I was wondering on the bed head board, do you attach it to the bed frame or to the wall?

Melissa, you can do both. The bed frame is easy to attach to the headboard - there is a spot in the headboard legs for bolts.

how would you modify this for a kind size bed?

I built the King Sized version, and LOVE it. The instructions were great. NOW. I have a very low wooden bed frame and mattress set - the mattress tops out at 20", which leaves a 1" gap between the mattress and the bottom of the headboard. That's not an issue...except that it makes the headboard rather flimsy, as there's nothing to hold it up right now except the bed frame pushed up against the legs. I can certainly drill holes and bolt it to the bed frame...but will that be sturdy enough, without the mattress to brace the rest of the headboard? It's going to mark up my wall, and we don't want that...help?

Just wanted to say thanks for posting this design. I made two for my girls this weekend, varying the height a bit because I thought the default was a bit high for twin beds. The results are great, and the girls love them.
