Wall-mounted easel

I guess these used to be available through pottery barn, but I couldn't find them now for dimensions.  I was thinking of something like this on a wall in my kitchen for painting without having to have an easel taking up so much space.  My original ideas was to add a clip (like a clipboard?) to some plexiglass and at the bottom some hooks to hang a plastic shelf/container for paints, but this has got me thinking of other options.  Anyone else have ideas or suggestions along this track?  Maybe even plexiglass behind the paper so that the wall and frame stay dry even if LOTS of paint gets applied?  We have rolls of paper and pads of paper for painting.  Bring on the creativity!
