Things are Looking Up!

You have all seen a house get sided in what seems like mere days?

Well, it has taken us much longer than mere days to just <a href="http://ana-white.com/2012/08/momplex/are-you-hooked&quot; target="_blank">prepare the Momplex for siding.</a> And this front wall we are working on ... we'll just say it's not the easiest wall!

But things were definitely looking up when this tool showed up.

There will be a lot less of this .....

going on from here on out!

Once we got around <a href="http://ana-white.com/2012/07/momplex/finishing-little-roofs&quot; target="_blank">those little roofs,</a> things really started looking up, <i>a long ways up,</i> as we finally got to put one whole row of siding up without having to cut out an electrical box or vent or doorway or window.

And before we knew it .... the front was done!

Around the side doors ...

And then on to the back door ....

The last piece goes into place on the back

And we are three sides done on the Momplex siding!!!

There's just this one last side left.

But just when things were looking up, when it looked like we'd be done with siding on this very day .... things started looking down.

Things just started going wrong. Pieces weren't lining up. The sun was shining so HOT on this side of the Momplex. It was a frustrating day.

But we just kept trudging along, one piece of siding at a time.

Until things started looking up again.

And we are getting there!
