My son is renting an extremely small room in Galway whilst he is in College and has no storage space for some clothes and other bits and pieces so he asked me to make him a unit which he sent me the dimensions which I then drew up on CAD. I made it into two sections, a tower and then a chest which bolted together and to reduce weight I router grooves and fitted panels which gave it a contrast look and a little more interesting. I then made up the handles on my table saw using an assortment of 15 degree cuts. The end result came out extremely well which he was thrilled about. - Tim Jeanes
