Hi, my name is Kristen, and I officially have Cabin Fever.
To help deal with my addiction to gardening, I'm contantly planning ahead for what I'll be growing, planting, and building in the upcoming months. I've specifically been looking for potting bench plans that are simple to follow, don't use ridiculous hardware or finishing techniques, and are easy to put together. I'm coming up with nothing. Especially when I throw in my last wish: a built-in outdoor sink.
I feel it should be simple to just replace a "soil catcher bin" in some plans with a sink, bucket underneath for drainage, and hook it up to my hose for an easy place to wash hands and veggies without tracking mud into the house mid-project. I also think it would easily double as an outdoor entertainment bar/buffet or grill station. Really, many uses for such a great outdoor piece that saves space and provides some storage.
Ana, can you help an outdoor junkie out?
I found a collaboration of 15 potting bench plans here but not one of them is easy to read, simple to follow, or that simple to put together. I feel this could be a begginer to intermediate project, and there HAS to be a better way to do it than this.
Please, consider doing plans for this project!
Thanks!
Kristen

Potting Bench with Sink
Hi Kristin,
Check out this simple potting bench

The design is clean and simple and could easily be modified to add a sink faucet/sprayer attached to a garden hose.
