American Girl Storage Cabinet

I recently took my 7 yr. old daughter to buy her first American Girl Doll in L.A. She saw the storage cabinet that they have for sale there for $349 and wanted it sooo badly to keep her new doll in good shape and hang her clothes. But for goodness sakes....$349 for a SMALL cabinet???? I would LOVE to see some plans for this project because I'm sure many other families out there would love to have this for their little girls but who really wants to spend that much?  Confused

Yes, Please, please, please, can you do a knock off of this cabinet? ASAP!! Hahaha, demanding I know but I would love to have some plans to follow. I am still going to attempt to copy it but I love your plans, Ana, they are amazingly easy to read and follow.

It's just a square! And did you read the reviews? It sounds shoddy. Definitely could make for a fraction the cost and be much more durable. I would just take the dimensions listed on the site and literally make a box and then add the shelf to the side and the dowel rod on the bigger section. Looks like the inside of the right door has one of those ribbon note holders attached to it. I think I'll definitely be making this. It'll prob be after Christmas though. I already have too much to do for gifts. If I get to this before anyone else does, I'll post what I did. :)
