Dock ladder

I've looked but haven't found plans anywhere for a ladder to attach to the end of the dock. Maybe it's just too simple? I'm thinking 2-3 rungs, then the uprights extend above the dock to pull yourself up. A bonus would be that it's easy to remove because they drain the lake in the winter and the dock rests on the ground.
