This was a fun build that took only a couple of mornings to finish - construction the first morning, and sanding/ painting the next. I built this for my Hubby to use in his den (studio). Hubby did the furniture arrangement (I think he did a nice job on that) :) As you can see from the huge speakers, he likes music. The bins are filled with electronic connectors, wires, mikes, etc. This is a combination of the cubby hutch and the rolling cubes. This is 2 small towers connected together, with top and bottom added, and lots of trim. Wheels were added because the piece is heavy and will make it easier to move around. It will hold any equipment he might need to stack on it. Also tacked some lattice at the back to keep the bins from sliding out the back.
He was surprised and pleased to see I had it completed while he was at work.
The finish is 2 coats of Ace Royal Semi Gloss, in Ace of Spades.
Now my Mom wants one of these for her room too! :)
