A vanity is just a dresser,
A vanity is just a dresser, buffet, console table, media center, or hutch base with a hole in the top for the sink, and a hole in the back for the pipes.
Look at her dresser with the open bottom shelf:

Make the center drawer a fake one, to give room for the sink. Leave part of the back off for the pipes.
