I would really like this coffee table for my living room BUT the price for me is a little steep!
Is there anyone that can give me instructions on how to make this? I was looking around for some sort of veneers for the outside of the table to make it look like its made out of solid wood, but I haven't been able to find anything that had the texture that the table had.

Hmm, that is a resin table, that was silver-leafed, and painted.
You can get that look, from 4x4 left to age in the sun. They will turn gray. I read some time ago about an aging process to speed that up. But i cant remember what they did. Perhaps bleaching it. You can also get the look with just paint or stains.
Distress the wood, then either glaze it in gray/silver or stain it with the gray stains. Glaze again, with a darker color and rub it off. Dont use anything opaque.
Put it on wheels, cause it will be heavy if you use wood.
