My mother once said that I have Bergdorf's taste on a Family Dollar budget. That's not exactly accurate; let's say that I have rather fine taste, but if I can get what I want for less, then I'm all for it. I own enough power tools to make even the handiest man jealous, and I know how to use them. Someone in this household must, as my husband would rather hire someone before attacking a project himself. He has even less patience than I do. Enough of that.
I'm obsessed with all things diy and making things my own, which is actually what brought me to this website. I was absolutely infatuated with West Elm's Parson Desk, but it was too wide for the space for which it was intended, and so back to the drawing board I went. Then, Google. And I found my way here, by way of Pinterest via Google, of course. It's good to know that a girl like me is not alone in this World.
