Recycle bin base cabinet plans

There is a great space under a bar/breakfast type counter-top extension in my kitchen. I would like to create a custom sized base cabinet with no drawers to place my recycle bins. Ideally I would like them on rollers, which is easy enough. However I am struggling to find a premade cabinet. So I am looking for plans that would help me build the cabinet how I need it. Basically just a box, I know, but I still need a little guidance. If you have any plans or ideas I would appreciate that. Thanks, T S
