I can't tell you how many times I've looked at this project table and thought .... I should simplify the design and make a garage work table like it.

Enough times where I actually went to the sketch board and drew one out -

So you would just make two quick bookshelves out of 1x12s, then attach together with 2x4s, adn throw a plywood top and caster wheels on.  You'd probably need a little framing between the 2x4s too.  

And then my friend The Rogue Engineer posted this plan -

That pretty much rocked!  The paper roll, the adjustable shelves, the center divider for support.  @Jamison ... can I humbly mutter "great minds think alike?"
