I'm a stay at home mom with a one year old. After relocating to our BEAUTIFUL lakefront home in NC, we were dealt two huge blows; my husband was diagnosed with cancer and my son was born prematurely at 27 weeks. As a result, all the plans we had to turn this house into a home before our baby came were thrown out the window. Now, with everyone healthy we are ready to accomplish the goals that were put on hold. There are so many things we want to do to enhance the beauty and functionality of our home, but with never-ending medical bills we don't have the finances to purchase most of the items. So when a friend of mine told me about this site after she herself followed quite a few of the plans (and her projects came out AMAZING!), I figured I'd check it out. WOW! So many of the items I had once looked to purchase will now be MADE with love! I'm looking forward to proving to myself (and my husband) that I AM capable!
