Rolling workbench with storage

Does any one have plans for or like this workbench here: http://chiseledimages.com/misc/rollingWorktable.jpg
Lowes used to have plans years ago for this, but I can't find them anywhere. I've gone all over the web and can only find traces of people mentioning it. Anyone have these plans or any ideas? thanks.

Have you check the kreg jig site? they have tons of plans. they may have something similar.

thanks. I have checked around there. I'm sure I can just make up a cabinet and put it on casters. I just wanted something more efficient than shelves on wheels. I think I'll look up lots of tables and combine some ideas.
