I was lucky enough to know someone who's property had 4 barns that were on the virge of falling over.

I removed wood from the barns I needed, some wood was just inside the barns. The thick pieces with holes going around the table were actually old telephone poles (horizontal section). 

The plans were straight forward, but prepping, cleaning, sanding the wood from an old barn was the most time consuming. Also hardly anything was straight or square! 

I built this as a christmas present for my daughter.  Three stories was a bit too large, so I modified the plans a bit and cut out the bottom floor.

This took 2 hours to build with your supply list and plans. Then the next day we painted it.
We love it!

I made these two American Girl doll beds for my nieces. For one bed, I followed Ana's plans exactly. For the other, I used plywood and cove molding in place of the 1x3 slats.

Friend needed a hutch to store some overflow kitchen stuff and I needed a first project for my new woodshop. I changed the top openings to accomadate what she needed to store and went with milled lumber because I have the tools needed to finish it out.

My husband and I built this counter height with specs of 351/2" high x 25" wide x 48" long. We are using it in our kitchen as a prep island.

Built this bookcase for my daughter, only modification was to add the X's on the side. She needed to be able to store all of her books on it.  Love it!  I now have another family member that wants one just like it!

My oldest son really wanted a toy cash register, and he loves pretending he has a Bait & Tackle shop. I built the market base where the front side is for "Will's Stop 'n' Shop" and it can be turned around and used for "Wyatt's Bait and Tackle". The countertop holds the cash register and shopping basket perfectly. They are great Shopkeepers!

Thank You Dmccoy for the plans used for this project.  Great idea using the 2×6s for strength and stability! I built this Pedestal and placed furniture slides underneath to allow for sliding out for cleaning and access.

Just finished up this table. I'm probably going to sell it as the wife would rather have the Pedestal Table. So, it will remain in the house until it sells. Then, I'll get to work on the other one. Thanks Ana!

This was the first piece of furniture  my husband  built. He also built a matching sideboard/buffet table.

Shorted this length of the table by 6 inches to fit the available space. Came out great. Tip: If using pine, after stain dries, gently sand again with high grade paper to remove raised ridges after wood has absorbed stain, but not hard enough to remove stain. This will help make the eating surface much smoother to the touch.
