Built the Ana White designed modern farmhouse bed in a standard king size for my wife as a gift for our anniversary. This was a great weekend project and the final result was impressive! It’s the most solid and sturdy bed we’ve ever slept on. Thanks Ana for the plans and the inspiration! Night stands up next!

My wife and I originally saw this Ana White planked sideboard and knew it was exactly what our dining room needed! We had the perfect spot for it! The plans were generally easy to follow and it was actually my first time installing drawers! It turned out amazing and we all love it! We love the added storage it provides for dishes and other kitchen accessories.

Although this sofa is designed for the outdoors I built 2 of them to use in an office space. The plans were spot on and made it so easy to build even as a beginner.

Built for my youngest sister in law. 

Used Kreg Jig HD screws and pocket holes with glue. Stained in Dark Walnut. 

I just finished this table for our new house at the beach; I did a small modification  at the moment of fixing the breadboards;  besides the pocket holes I also used dowels for extra strength. If someone sits on the front of the table it could be a problem.

Another detail I included,is a simple way to clamp the diagonal pieces, much more firmly than with tape.

I am quite happy with the results, I will now finish the table with lacquer.

This was a nice easy project that i built for my son for his christmas present! A few pieces of lumber, a blow torch and clear coat.....Done. I recomment this for a starter project!!

Built this classic bed for my grandson. It was one of the easiest builds yet. All of Ana White's plans are super user friendly.

This console was made with herringbone doors and gold hardware. Everyone who sees it wants me to make them one :)

My daughter asked me for a shelf near her bunk bed to put books, glasses, pen, etc. on.  I found this plan and made it that day.  Self cost less than $15!!  She loves it.  It was super simple to do!  

My husband built us new nightstands for our bedroom. Up next is a bed frame.

I made this beautiful, queen size, farmhouse style bed for my friend’s daughter. It was her sweet 16 gift. I used Ana’s plans and it turned out even better than I imagined it ever could.

Chairs are hard.... when you don't use plans. 

I used Ana's plans for round 2 of these chairs. I actually feared for my children's safety with the first set I made using no plans at all. With plans in hand, these turned out excellent and were actually quite easy to build. 

I used 1x2s for the legs, 1x3s for the side supports and for the turquoise back panel, a 1x4 for the pink back panel, and scrap MDF board for the seat base. 

I regret using the MDF board, it chips easily. In hindsight, I should have used 1x3s for the seat bottom. 

Wife wanted some shelves to put bath bombs, candles, and her other bath luxury items on.

Built with the same mounting technique as the "DIY Floating Shelf" plans noted below, using standard 2x4s for the pocket hole mounted supports.

Additionally, I used 1 in x 6 in x 6 ft Premium Kiln-Dried Square Edge Whitewood Common Boards instead of cutting plywood down for them.

{The pocket hole mounting technique is no joke. I sat two of my kids on the upper finished shelf just to prove to my wife they would support anything she put on them.}

I followed the plans pretty closely. I always wanted to get into woodworking and once I bought a house I finally had the space! My wife wanted a farm house table and rather than spend $500+ on one I told her I could build it. Luckily that turned out to be true!

I wanted a TV console table but didn't need all the bells and whistles of cabinets and drawers. I actually couldn't quite figure out the "Rustic X" design so I decided on side panels instead. Plus, I didn't really want to see all our stuff from the side anyway. 

I used 1x6s for the top, 1x12s for the middle and bottom shelf, 1x3s and 1x2s for the side panels, and 1x3s and 1x2s for the trim. I used 1/4' plywood for back support and to hide cables. 

This thing is solid! I live in CA and I'm not fearful of my TV falling with "The Big One" coming. 

Built top from oak hardwood floor and adjusted table length and bench width to meet customers space needs.

I own a DIY workshop where I teach people to make signs. I always get compliments on my tables which I built from plans on Ana White. I wanted to teach a workshop on a simple first build project to show ladies how easy it is to learn to build your own furniture! This console table was perfect and each person who built one was so proud of the results!

Hand made tables 

Received the wood from grandfather who had it rough sawn in Henry’s valley PA. I cut it down and made a more rustic top to go along with the standard base from osbourne and local lumber shop. Added the final touch with in memory of grandfather after his recent passing, at the time.
