Hidden desk apothecary
Loved this project, it has been on my wish list forever. It was my first time building drawers. We used red-oak wood for the hardwood legs and also for the little trim piece right above the leg. I stained the entire piece with golden oak stain and used red oak stain on top of that for everything except the faux drawer fronts and hardwood. This brought the pine 1x2s to a matching shade with the real red oak. If I did it over again, I would stain the drawer front and chair back pieces prior to assembly because I taped them all off when I applied the different colors, which was a pain. I bought the apothecary drawer pulls on amazon. I am beyond happy at the way it turned out. I even modified the top center drawer so I could put my printer in it. I cut a hole in the drawer box and put the bottom drawer front piece on a hinge so my printer paper could come out. I added a latch to the inside of the drawer to keep that flap shut when not in use. Thanks so much, Ana, for another amazing plan!
There were a few errors to the plan, as follows:
Plan calls for 7 -2x2 @ 8' but you actually need 9.
As for additional cuts, you will need:
4- 2x2 @ 20-1/4, not 2.
4-2x2 @ 23-1/4, not 2.
8 -2x2 @ 14-1/2, not 2.
8- 2x2 @12-3/4, not 2.

Nice work!
I love this, especially your printer modification. That's some ingenuity. Nicely done!
Beach Surf Chairs
Just finished these for my 3 yr old twins, and they love them! Took me about 5-6 hours of work, including painting/drying time. I definitely recommend spray painting the parts before assembling to get all edges sealed.

Arbor with bench
I built this arbor using the plans you provided (http://www.ana-white.com/2014/06/plans/outdoor-bench-arbor). Finish it just in time for my wifes birthday. She absolutely loved it. Thank you!
Grandy Barn Door Console
I built this unit based on the Grandy Barn Door Console plans. I adjusted it down to 66”. The top is Dark Walnut with Satin Poly. All lumber was purchased at Menards.

Solid Wood Dresser
My son kept telling me he didn’t need anything for his birthday, so I asked him what would make him happy!!!! He said a new dresser for my granddaughter because he wanted to burn the one they bought her!!😄
So, I had just seen your post of this new design and it is perfect!!!! My son and granddaughter LOVE it.

Beer Wall for Wedding
My cousin recently got married and wanted a beer wall at her wedding. I quickly searched Ana's site for the perfect plan and chose the Tall Panel Headboard for my starting point. With a few modifications it became a beer wall in no time at all. I love how Ana's plans can be easily modified to make a totally different project.
No fancy wood was used here. Just regular wood from the big box store. A jockey box was attached to the back side of the wall. It worked awesome!
Since I discovered this site in January, I've made close to 30 items from her plans. I'm ridiculously addicted and not just with Ana's site but also with her blog friends. For Valentine's Day I asked for a Air Strike gun and got it. It was better than jewelry and chocolates! I'm well on my way to collecting my own tools and learning how to save money by making it myself. Oh, and I can't even begin to tell you how impressed everyone is with my finished products.
Rustic Dining table
Took the plans from Ana white and made my own twist to it! Came out awesome and the person loved it that I made it for! Kona stain on table top and Navajo white on the bottom. Did the same for benches and chairs to match! Thanks for the great instructions!
Modern adirondack chair
Ana thank you for these plans! My second ever woodworking project and love adirondack chairs.
Perfect for my small Brooklyn backyard :)

Scrap Wood Headboard
My scrap wood storage boxes were overflowing so I decided to try a queen size chevron headboard (with no plans) using teak, rangas , mahogany and other select woods I had used on other projects. I used 2 coats of clear gloss lacquer. I like the way it turned out. Richard - retired
Playhouse Loft Bed
This is my first build from this site! I used 6" boards to give the siding a plank look rather than using plywood. To make the height work, I used 8" boards for both the top and bottom planks. I also made the door a little taller. Other than that, I followed this plan step-by-step. It was very easy to follow and I really enjoyed making this bed. My daughter (and my sons) really enjoy it!
Reclaimed Wood Headboard (Pottery Barn Mason Headboard)
This was a lot of fun to do. Super easy and really transformed my bedroom. I love it.
Love my bench
I changed the dimensions to make it a little smaller to fit the front of my house. My husband and I now spend our evenings sitting there drinking tea and enjoying the nice weather.
I spent close to $60 and ordered 3 cushions from target for $8.99 each.
Haley Platform Bed and Headboard
First time building a bed. The plans were spot on and easy to follow. Used my left over flooring to make the headboard planks.
Our Fancy X Farmhouse Table
We had been looking for a dining table for our new house that is being built. The dining area is a little small and we needed to find a 60 inch table. However, we were unable to find one that we liked at that size. I found plans for this table through pinterest and thought it would be a lot of fun to try. Plus, we knew that if worked out, then we would be saving a ton of money. The plans call for a much longer table, so my husband and dad reworked the plans to make it fit our space. To go with it we bought 4 Lyle Side Chairs from Crate and Barrel. We love how it turned out and we can't wait to see it in our new house in a couple months!!
Outdoor Sectional Set
Not as easy as everyone else said online. I had never used a kreg jig and it takes a bit more practice than I had patience for. one thing to note is the instructions screw lengths are for if you are NOT using a kreg. If you use a kreg, use the screw lengths they suggest. I used a deck stain and purchased the cushions on sale at Ikea ($22.50 per cushion)
Alden's Bed with drawer
I built this bed to replace one of the kids twin bed. I wanted a solid wooden bed that would be around for a while and I did not wanted to pay Thousands of dollars.
Benchright Table and Farmhouse Bench
Great plans and a great build. I used 4x4’s for the legs and decided to go with the Farmhouse Bench instead. The color I went with is Weathered Grey. I applied it with a brush and immediately wipes it off with a clean rag, then 2 coats of poly to finish it off.

Fancy Herringbone Farmhouse Table
Your beautiful Fancy X farmhouse table. We wanted to seat 8. Used your plan with the top idea from Hint of Home. We used cedar tongue and groove for the top. We are so pleased with it! Now for chairs!
Rustic Planked Wood King Headboard
This was a very nice and easy project. I probably could have finished in one day if it had not been 105 degrees outside! I recommend these plans to anybody who knows how to use a saw. I also used all screws instead of nails. Wood- Grade II Pine, purchased from Lowe's FInish- One coat Minwax Dark Walnut oil based stain One Coat Minwax Polyshades Mission Oak After the Polyshades dried, I went over the whole piece with steel wool to smooth it out.
