This project was made from reclaimed wood from my office where they had built a temporary safety railing out of 2x4s and 2x6s. I added a compartment for storage. The top is stained in a classic grey. I painted the body in black followed by white. I then sanded the body to allow the black to bleed through for a distressed look.
Used this app to build a custom nook for shoes and coats. Its been fantastic and super easy to put together!

DIY lemonade stand with awning
I modified a few things to fit my needs. I did a small ladder instead of steps to save room. I added a 2x4 down the middle with brackets to add extra strength for mattress area. I used my kreg drill bit to make holes for the 2x2 to also help with strength. I am a big guy and the bed was solid so no issues with weight. I added 8 inches to the main post to add height underneath for a doll house, book shelf and some other things my wife wanted under there. Excellent plans and my daughter loves it.
Built this for my garage shop in a day. Added a cutout for my Kreg Pocket Hole Jig, a power strip and casters for ease of movement.
I used the Murphy Bed Plan that Ana had on her website. I modified it so that it would look more like a dresser and would fit into the space that I have. It is perfect and I have used it myself just to see if it was comfy. It was!!! :)

What an amazing job! Really looks just like a dresser. The lock closure is a great idea for keeping it securely closed. Beautiful finish, and the fabric and stencils are so creative!

I was afraid little hands would pull it open ... hence the idea of a lock. Now I just have to spray paint it to have it blend in :)

Started off with the original design but enlarged it to fit an oversize single mattress. The mattress cost me $35 from a local faith farm, while the materials came in around $200. I decided to hang under my backyard pergola. Fun and easy project.

I want this! I just made a couple of plant stands for my front porch. My husband asked me what my next project was, why, a swing bed. (This was only my second project!) I want to put cup holders in those big ole arms! We have a house at the beach in South Alabama, so, you gotta "hydrate." This is an awesome swing. I can't wait to do mine...pillows to rest on, one foot on the concrete pushing me in a slow swing. Cold beverage in my hand or in my cup holder. Yep, southern girl has a new project. Love it!
I wanted to make a built in storage bench for the breakfast nook in our eat-in kitchen, but wasn't entirely sure how to go about the process. After seeing Ana's "Mimi's Storage Bench" I thought the plan could be modified to fit our space, so I convinced my husband to give it a shot. We've done a fair amount of carpentry in our house, but this is the first piece of furniture that we have ever built. Thanks to Ana's plans and our new Kreg jig, it turned out better than I ever imagined. We absolutely love the new bench, where my toddler spends every morning eating his breakfast while staring out the window and giggling at the squirrels in our backyard.

Your saw horse plan worked great for a wooden boat project I'm doing -- the 3" wheels (with one locking) enable me to move the boat around the workshop or even outdoors for heavy duty sanding.
I added blocks of 2x4 to the legs for more surface for the wheels and I extended the cross pieces to 4-feet long as the old AuSable River (MI) guide boat is about 40" wide.
Wanted to make shelves to put on both sides of our fireplace but had to alter the dimensions. So I added another shelf and made it shorter in length. I was a bit nervous because I’ve always just built per the instructions. It turned out perfect! Just don’t look too closely at the X’s!
My wife and I recently built this farmhouse table with her grandpa. It was a lot of fun and we are really happy with how it turned out. The table is 80 inches long, 43 1/2 inches wide, and 31 inches tall. The extensions are 15 inches long and 43/1/2 inches wide, and the bench is 61 inches long, 15 inches wide, and 19 1/2 inches tall.
It tooks us about 4 weekends (around 32 hours) to finish the project and the included rebuilding the base of the table after our first one cracked.
We modified the plans a bit. We used 4x4s instead of glued together 2x4s for the legs on the table and bench.
We also used the plans on this blog (http://tommyandellie.com/?p=2582) as a guide.
This was the first time my wife and I have tired a DIY project and we had a ton of fun. Her grandpa had some experience with wood working and had all of the tools we needed but you can certainly do this without any extensive wood working experience.

I forgot to mention that with the extensions the table expands to 110 inches.
I showed my wife the Laundry Dresser featured on Ana White's website and she asked if I could make one for her, but not quite so tall. I also turned the orientation to fit our laundry room space. I used primarily oak from recycled pallets to build the Laundry Basket Dresser. She wanted a work space on top, so folded laundry, empty baskets, etc. all have a temporary resting place depending on the day. From start to finish, it took me about 6 hours. She plans to stain the piece at some point, but its already in use, so I'm not 100% sure that will ever happen until we move or something. ;-) Great idea and laundry room organization!

Soooo I made this according to the measurements and no laundry basket I find fit. Kind of dissapointed in the fact that this cool thing I just built doesn't have any baskets that will fit it. Any advice on finding a basket that fits?

I think the idea is to build it to fit the baskets you have or buy some and build around them.
One of the adriondack chairs you have shared...made with wood scraps so it cost nothing only the time to make. It's comfortable and sturdy.....and I loved making it
We built this using the Traditional Farm Style Bed plans. We used scrap cypress lumber that was cut and milled from and by family. We had to make some modifications because of differences in the milling sizes but I was so happy with the final outcome.

During a complete basement renovation, we combined the Shiplap Fireplace plans as well as the Flip Open Mantle plans to create this beautiful TV & Fireplace Wall with bench and open front for peripherals. We modified plans to make the TV more "built-in" allowing us to hide cords and cables better, plus just give it a sleeker feel.
We customized the front to be open so that we had a place for peripherals and some air flow. This included shelving in the outside front compartments. We were able to accommodate a PS5, games & controllers, record player, records, and a receiver/amplifier. A slim soundbar for the TV sits on top of the custom mantle. The bench gives it a nice touch and dimension.

Love this plan! I used locking hinges instead of legs because it will overlap a bed in our guest room when in use. The hinges are rated for 250lbs and have held both of my sewing machines with no issues. I placed the middle shelf to fit my machines on the lower and standard fabric storage cubes on the upper. A metal adhesive measuring tape was added to the edge for convenience. This table will also be used as a buffet for family/group gatherings.
