I wanted a table that would protect my puzzles from puzzle piece eating dogs, so I used this Ana White desk plan and built a frame on top to hold the cover panels. The drawer is perfect for holding puzzle pieces during a build.

Created a headboard for my guest room bed. Used red oak slats to create the herringbone effect and regular red oak boards for the frame and legs. Natural shellac and sealer used as the finish. No real plans used, but can provide the dimensions to anyone who is interested.
My wife wanted a fireplace in our main living room, then we added the shelving on each side
Bought enough lumber for one sofa but ended up using old fence boards for the decking so had enough lumber to make the sectional and a shortened coffee table.
Great way to save some cash even if u have to buy the fence posts.
Added a reinforcing piece to the one armed sofa between the legs using a kreg jig to stabilize the legs a bit more.
Waiting on my foam from Amazon to finish off this project!
Used inspiration from the beer/wine cooler patio table and made the middle of the table removable to add a buck underneath later.
Note the 5 year old patio set, also an ana white project from back in the day!
Super quick build!
I did find that the measurements for customizing it for your cushion size seemed about 1.5 inches too big for all the depth pieces so I sized down but I haven't received my foam yet so maybe I'm wrong but Smth to think about. I didn't want my cushions to slide around so I took that into consideration when building.
This is my second project using Ana's plan. Plans were easy to follow.
Modified chair plans to build loveseat. Chairs took one day and loveseat took one day.

I love how you set the cushion down in the seat. What type of cushion did you use? Is it comfortable this way? This looks exactly what I am picturing in my head, but I worry the bar on your legs might be uncomfortable.
We bought our first home this year and I wanted a new bed frame for my new home. This plan was perfect for our narrow bedroom in our small 100+ year old home. It fits right in with the character of the home and provides a lot of needed extra storage. I did try to make the drawers but as the instructions state drawers are tricky for beginners! So for now I will leave the drawers off. This bed is very sturdy. No one can believe I made it all by myself!

I think your bed is stunning and hope mine turns out close to the same!
First Crack at any wood work since high school. All timber used was reclaimed hard wood, hours of
planing,sanding and clamping (its heavy). A few mistakes but that's learning.
I had built two outdoor chairs with love seat (modified from the sofa plans) with 2x4s. The cushion seats were 24" x 24". Where to store them? I modified the Modern Cedar Outdoor Storage Bench plans to make the box wider, higher, longer to accommodate the cushions. With five boards comprising the top, it's a bit wider than the box so I didn't need to carve in an opening.
4 sides for the whole family to sit.
This was my first building project! I had so much fun with it ... for a guy that can't even hang a photo on the wall! My dad helped and he had all the tools. I spent a few weekends with him so not only was a good father/son project we had something to show off at the end. I think I've caught the woodworking fever.

Love the bed! Where did you get the lumber? Specially ordered or just regular pine from the store like Lowes or Home Depot?
I built this for my mom after finding plans online. Since then I have been inspired by Ana and Jacob to build all furniture I ever need from this point on. No more over priced cheap store bought furniture. Thanks Ana and Family for your plans and helping me find peace in the workshop.
Wonderful project! Very fun. Built a bench from scrap 2x4s (left in the garage by our home's previous owner, so they were free!) and a piece of MDF shelving. Perfect for our entryway. The bench itself was incredibly easy to build. The hard part, in my opinion, was finishing it. So many pretty things to choose from! I used a piece of 2-inch foam plus a double layer of batting for the top, some striped upholstery fabric, and 160 nailheads to finish it off. Love it.

If you check out Ana's original plans for the Easiest Upholstered Bench, you'll see that she DID use slipcovers! You could make different ones for each season, or for holidays like Christmas or birthdays...

Hi Katie, I am having a difficult time finding fabric (hard to believe)! did you get yours online? How wide are the stripes? most fabric I am finding is not wide enough to cover the top and sides. Thanks for the help! Great build!
Half of the spare bedroom in our basement is our toy room and I wanted to be able to host visitors without them being overwhelmed by our toys. The units on top are three separate units. We didn't divide the middle unit so we could use as book shelves. The open units on the bottom are tall enough for car elevators, etc. I like the half units on top for the plastic storage boxes where I have craft/art supplies (I don't want my kids getting that when I'm not in the room!). We used white paneling on the back of the shelving. We used a piece of trim on the bottom to cover up the legs, but I wanted to show you that the entire unit does not sit on the carpet. The totes are Martha Stewart brand from Home Depot. (I apologize for the blurriness of the last photo.)
Finally built my daughter a chair and she loves it
I had some left over pallets from another project I was doing and decided to make some recycled wood planter boxes to liven up our decking area. The whole project only took a few hours to make both boxes and used entirely reclaimed pallet wood aside from the two end pieces.
This was a corner cabinet I made. The purpose of this cabinet is to be used as a pantry. My kitchen is quite small, and in turn I was always having to sacrifice cabinet space for pantry items. Total man hours was about 20 give or take the occasional trip to HD or Lowes.
I found this project quite enjoyable. I don't have much of a workshop area so space was tight. I had to constantly move my tools around to make room for the cabinet while I built it.
The plans supplied by this website were simple and straight-forward. I didn't need any specialty tools or have to use any weird joinery. All in all I would give this project an 8 out of 10. There were a couple of areas I feel I can improve on.
After having posted this picture on several social media sites my friends took notice, Now I'm getting all kinds of requests. Not sure if I will entertain any. It's just nice to see a vision come to life.

Thank you so much for your vision! I've been looking for the perfect corner cabinet for at least a year! All the other plans within these plans are ok and would've worked, but I just felt like I wanted something more. I am in love with your doors! They look great! I may make mine a bit larger, but will most definitely add doors the same way you did. Unfortunately, it's not on the top of my priority list, but it will be this summer!!! Great work!

I needed a quick project that could easily be modified for my height needs and would make a good temporary base for my new water dispenser. This was perfect!
Outdoor table and two matching benches. Easy peasy, albeit the table is pretty heavy to move. Stained with ECO.
